Welcome to Roopart Tattoo Studio. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Age Requirement

All clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of the appointment.

2. Appointments & Cancellations
  • We value our time and yours. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Repeated "no-shows" or last-minute cancellations may result in the inability to book future sessions.
3. Design & Intellectual Property
  • All custom designs and artwork created by Roopart Tattoo Studio remain the intellectual property of the studio.
  • Designs are intended for the agreed-upon tattoo session and may not be reproduced or used for other purposes without written consent.
4. Studio Rights
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • We reserve the right to refuse designs or placements that we determine to be unsafe or outside our artistic scope.
5. Health & Client Responsibility
  • Clients must provide accurate information regarding health conditions, skin sensitivities, or allergies.
  • Proper aftercare is essential to the healing of your tattoo. Roopart Tattoo Studio provides aftercare instructions, but the final healing result is the responsibility of the client once they leave the studio.
6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our website or services signifies your agreement to these terms.
